About the BANKquet Hall at Towne Square Arts & Business
The BANKquet Hall is an approximately 2,900 sq. ft. facility occupying what was formerly the main lobby of the First National Bank Building at the corner of South Main and Tiffin Streets in downtown Fostoria.  The building holds a place in history, albeit somewhat infamous, as the site of a 1934 robbery by the John Dillinger gang.  Bullet holes from that escapade still exist.

The architectural details of the building reflect the style of the Jazz Age period with white Italian marble staircase, brass elevator and vault, arched ceilings, marble floors and table tops, and high arched windows.

The reception hall is equipped with tables and seating to accommodate up to 75 guests, a service bar, sink, refrigerator/freezer, refrigerated upright cooler, microwave oven, coffee maker, and a Bluetooth sound system that has the capability to play any music furnished by the customer.
